This is made possible by the jigsaw's four-speed orbital action and variable speed trigger which features a locking button so that the user does not always need to maintain a tight grip on the trigger. This makes this particular model great for progressive cuts as well as simple linear tasks.
The four-speed action helps the user make consistently accurate and efficient cuts. A tool-free changing system makes replacing the blade a snap, helping to keep workflow interruptions to a minimum.
The Hitachi CJ 110 MV Model Jig saw features a powerful 5.8 Amp motor which allows the tool to cut through even the toughest material while the electronic speed control allows for a consistent speed even if the workload varies. This dual action system keeps the machine operating at an optimum speed, yet always running smoothly.
The machine comes with a cast aluminum nickel-plated base plate which offers support that not only protects the work surface from scratches, but which also allows the tool to bevel up to 45 degrees in each direction to accomodate a wide variety of cutting uses.
The jigsaw comes with a D-shaped handle covered in a patented-coating ensuring a secure non-slip grip which also absorbs vibration for user comfort and excellent control.
The Hitachi CJ110MV Model Jigsaw also includes a front-mounted LED light and a dust blower to help light and clear the cutting area to better ensure accuracy while also helping to reduce job time.
